M-net launches Pay TV packages on the IPTV platform

German fiber network operator M-net is expanding the IPTV offered by M-net TVplus to include pay TV packages with thematic channels and foreign language services.

Movies and series package includes Kabel Eins Classics, Kinowelt TV, ProSieben Fun, Romance TV, RTL Crime, RTL Passion, Sat.1 Emotions, Silverline Movie Channel, Warner TV Film, Warner TV Serie and Warner TV Comedy. The sports package includes auto motor + sport, ClipMyHorse.TV, Edge Sport, eSport1, Eurosport 2, fight24, Motorvision TV, Sport1 +, Sportdigital Fußball and Waidwerk.

Part of the documentary package are Animal Planet, Bergblick, Crime + Investigation, Discovery Channel, Geo, History Channel, Marco Polo TV, RTL Living, Spiegel Geschichte and Curiosity Channel, while the children’s package includes Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Fix & Foxi and Junior TV and Nick Jr. and Rick International.

The four genre packages can be subscribed individually for €6.90 per month each or as an ‘all inclusive’ package with all 37 channels for €19.90 per month.

In addition, M-net TVplus now offers four new foreign language packages in Italian, Croatian, Spanish and Turkish. It includes channels such as RAI 1-3, HRT TV 1 HD, Balkan Music TV, CroTV HD, TVE, beIN Movies Türk HD, Kanal 7 Avrupa HD, Show Max HD and Show Turk HD. Subscriptions cost between €2.90 and €6.90 per month.
