GPT-4 for every business

When announced soon New Bing And A copy of Microsoft 365 Products are already powered by GPT-4, today’s announcement will allow businesses to use the same underlying advanced models to build their own applications using Azure OpenAI services.

With generative AI technologies, we are unlocking new efficiencies for businesses in every industry. For example, see how Azure OpenAI Service allows bot developers to create virtual assistants using natural language Pilot in force virtual agents.

GPT-4 has the potential to take this experience to a new level by leveraging its extensive knowledge, problem solving capabilities and domain expertise. With GPT-4 as an Azure OpenAI service, businesses can streamline communications both internally and with customers using a model with additional security investments to reduce harmful effects.

They are companies of all sizes Putting Azure AI to work for themMany are using the Azure OpenAI service to deploy language models to production, and are discovering that the service is powered by Azure’s unique supercomputing and enterprise capabilities. Solutions include improving the end-to-end customer experience, aggregating long-term content, authoring software and even reducing risk by predicting accurate tax information.

Customers are accelerating adoption of language models.

Great technology – it’s a real game changer, and we’re honored to be a part of this amazing journey.Lokesh Reddy Vangala, Senior Director of Engineering, Data and AI, The Coca-Cola Company

Our commitment to responsible AI

As we mentioned in my previous blog, Microsoft has a layered approach to generative models, guided by Microsoft’s Principles of Responsible AI. In Azure OpenAI, an integrated security system protects against unwanted inputs and outputs and controls misuse. In addition, we provide guidance and best practices for customers to build applications using these models. With GPT-4, new research advances from OpenAI have enabled an additional layer of protection. Guided by human opinion, Security is built directly into the GPT-4 modelIt allows the model to be more efficient at handling harmful inputs, thereby reducing the likelihood that the model will generate harmful responses.
